Kusu Island!

First time visit to Kusu Island with parents!

Every year whenever I wanted to follow my parents to Kusu Island, there'll be restrictions like I'll be having school, working during holidays or some other crappy reasons.

But this time, I'm finally excluded from those nonsense.

Dad drove us to Marina South Pier Tier and following on, we bought tickets for a ferry to Kusu Island.




Whilst waiting for the ferry's arrival, I saw some other ferries which looked pretty amazing and also, we enjoyed the scenery of the sea view (:







Went up the upper deck of the ferry in which It's different from the lower deck which was air-conditioned.

Was breezy throughout the whole journey and my hair was blowed in different directions & I guess I looked like any mad girl out there!






I've reached my destination, Kusu Island!
HELLO TURTLES! :D







& I followed my parents out of the ferry and walked to this temple over at Kusu Island.
We're the prayers inside the temple then (:





Toured around the area and I happened to see a group of tortoises!
Perhaps, that's some legends for the name "Kusu Island" ;
Turtle Island!





Look at this BIG TURTLE I SAW!





Upon entering the temple, there's this wishing well whereby you've got to throw the coins towards the well & best is that you're able to hit the bell & it'll go DING!
Of course, I've got losta tries.
& I've wished, deep down in my heart.
I wish.

After the visit to the Chinese temple, my parents & I climbed up the stairs to the other temple.

The Malay temple in which they call the god "Datok" in there.
Climbing up the stairs, It's super tedious!

What a long way through!
Phewwwws!

The people beside the altar tables asked me If I'm schooling or whatsoever, I nodded and they started to recite loud prayers and moved my hands up and down in the air.

I think I only understand the ending off part in which it ended off like this " HUAT AH, HUAT AH!"

Then for the rest, I don't get any idea of it though.

I've got this yellow ribbon tied in my hand thereafter.





Boarded the ferry again back to the Tier but this time round, we sat at the lower deck instead for It's real sunny up there!








Back to Sinagpore & dad drove us to "Lau Pat Sat" for lunch.
The ambience over there was kinda Victorian-ish!
HAHA!

We happend to sit near this "Smelly Toufu" store and the smell was OMG, unbearable!

It was indeed a very unforgetable experience. (:

Went to meet Steph later in the night for she's got some stuffs from The Body Shop to pass it over to me.

Had great updates among each other.

Not to forget, super hilarious photos we'd took together in which It made everyone LOL.

IT'S SUPER HILARIOUS I TELL YOU!

Wait till I get those pictures from her & you'll see how funny It was!

School's tomorrow, I gonna sleep.
